1. How do I reserve my date? Click "contact" to ask us about adding your date to our production calendar. You can call our pager, send us an email, or mail us a request, and we will respond to you within 24 hours. Our policy is first come - first served, once we receive a deposit, that date is yours!

2. Do you use lights or other obtrusive equipment? No. As far as we can, all our electronics are small, battery-powered and wireless. We do our best to stay invisible and low profile, balancing a desire for the best coverage with non-intrusive techniques.

3. Do you come to the wedding rehearsal? Always. We have a policy that all staff involved in your wedding attend the rehearsal and an internal planning meeting. We go out of our way to make sure there are no unforeseen difficulties on the wedding day. Any potential conflicts between our needs and the staging of the ceremony are worked out beforehand so that cameras can be in the right place, at the right time. Attending the wedding rehearsal assures the best coverage.

4. What if I have to reschedule or cancel? The deposit on your contract is good for one year after the signing.

5. How soon will I receive my DVD after the wedding? For a standard-length production, we can typically deliver a DVD to you in about two months. Bonus material can take longer, depending upon how busy we are.

6. What sets VWV apart from any other videographer? First, the quality of our equipment is unparalleled in the state; we quietly bring Hollywood technology to your wedding, using only the best, industry-standard equipment, giving you the quality that you deserve. Secondly, we combine a unique blend of talents and experience to each wedding, and it is our commitment to produce each and every video with an individual character, a reflection of the unique personality of each unique couple.

7. Who is going to shoot and edit my video? Robin Grant, the Producer and Director for Vermont Wedding Video, personally attends every rehearsal, operates the primary camera and edits every single video VWV makes. What you see in our demo videos is his work and you can be assured that you will receive the same level of quality and attention to detail that he brings to each project. VWV only books one wedding per weekend to further assure the highest quality.

8. Why use a pager? The picturesque landscape of Vermont also precludes reliable cell phone coverage, in many areas it is nonexistent. Pagers have a greater range and more reliable coverage, so this ensures that we get your call. The pager number, 749.3934, is also a local call from everywhere in the state.
